We understand that there is a lot to this website and at the very least it may bring up a few questions. We're very good at getting back to people via e-mail. Sometimes brides are reluctant to contact a vendor if they aren't ready to meet and hire this particular vendor. We understand, and no, it's never too early to contact us, even if you don't plan on booking a photographer until much later.
In 2009 we managed to book a wedding simply because all of the other photographer the bride contacted annoyed the hell out of her. She had meetings where people forced contracts on her, followed up by late night calls from desperate photographers. At her meeting with us we talked about the photography she was interested in and the package that would make sense for her But she had to talk to her family and her fiancé. She went away for a couple of weeks and then contacted us via e-mail. And we got back to her right away. She brought her mom in and signed up. And yes, she loved her photography and was glad she found us!
Another thing that makes us easy to deal with is that we put everything we tell you in writing. You may need some time to read it, but when you do you'll feel good that your needs are well take care of, and that have a lot less to worry about.
We've been around since 1997 and aside from being good at what we do, we are efficient, friendly, determined to give you the best value for your money. Our company is really set up for bridal couples who are busy and have no time or patience for people who over-promise and under-deliver. We say what we do and we do what we say. That's why referrals are still make up the majority of our new clients. We do the job right the first time.
